1. ENTRY & ADMISSION RIGHTS
Entry is subject to valid ticket or approval. Organizers reserve the right to refuse or remove entry without refund for violation, misconduct, intoxication or security reasons.

2. NO LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
All persons enter at their own risk. Organizers are not liable for injury, accident, death, theft, damage, medical emergency or any loss.

3. VEHICLE PARTICIPATION & MOTORSPORT ACTIVITIES
Participants assume full responsibility for their vehicles, safety, damage and third-party liability.

4. THEFT & PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Organizers are not responsible for any stolen, damaged or lost personal or commercial property.

5. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
All medical costs must be borne by the individual.

6. ZERO REFUND POLICY
Tickets once sold are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds in any situation unless event is canceled by organizers.

7. FORCE MAJEURE
No liability for cancellation due to natural calamity, government orders, unrest, pandemic or other uncontrollable factors.

8. BEHAVIOR & DISCIPLINE
Misconduct leads to removal without refund.

9. ALCOHOL, SUBSTANCES & ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Illegal substances prohibited. Violations attract eviction and legal action.

10. MEDIA RIGHTS
Organizers may use photos/videos of attendees without compensation.

11. BRAND, SPONSOR & VENDOR LIMITATIONS
Unauthorized selling or advertising prohibited.

12. PARKING DISCLAIMER
Parking at own risk. Organizers not liable for damage or theft.

13. CHILD SAFETY
Children must remain under guardian supervision.

14. ACCESS RESTRICTIONS
Unauthorized zone access prohibited.

15. ORGANIZER’S FINAL AUTHORITY
All decisions by organizers are final.

16. LEGAL JURISDICTION
All disputes under Gurugram, Haryana jurisdiction only.
